MBS delivers a variety of consultancy styles. Often we act as interim managers, transferring our skills and experience to your staff to ensure sustainable business improvement.

 



This can be especially valuable if a business unexpectedly loses a senior manager. In other circumstances we act in an advisory capacity – developing a strategic map for a business and then mentoring management in its implementation. Finally, we specialize in tight deadline work where a rapid assessment of an acquisition opportunity or strategic business move is required.


We regard every client as unique. Our approach, the resource we apply to the task and even the fee charged is tailored specifically to the individual project. In the majority of cases fees are split to reflect a ‘completion’ component. Therefore, if we do not deliver what we have promised we do not receive the major component of our fee.

MBS only provides solutions based on experience – not theories or text books. Our advice is grounded in common sense and the capability, both financial and practically, of our clients.

No fees are charged for initial meetings and all costs and deadlines are agreed in writing in advance. Our clients are never surprised by unexpected costs or inconvenienced by missed deadlines.
